I was just sitting down to the start of the game, saw Miles get the ball and kick the ball and thought, that looked a bit easy, then saw Fogarty, Walker etc and wondered what they were doing in defence.

Was going to be a long night after that.

I'm lucky I missed the game live.

Decided to watch it on replay not knowing the scores. I turned off about 3 mins into the 3rd and went to check the scores, thought it'd be a 40+ loss, but 90+ holy ****ing shit. What a disgrace.

Tell ya what we copped and absolute reaming from the umps, especially in the 2nd quarter. It wouldnt have helped by the looks, but we were actually were competing in the 2nd, but the Crows ability to sit back, soak it up, and then just hit us on the scoreboard was the killer.

That start. The Bergman kick is just unforgivable. Not only does it show he wasn't paying attention to a KEY ingredient of the start of the game. It also shows he had no idea about his position in the centre square in the first contest. Theres just so much wrong with that at the start of a big game. He should've been dragged immediately. We are a soft group though and let that shit stand.

On top of that we are just an extremely poor defensive group, we are not ruthless, we are soft, we fumble balls we must lock up all the time and we concede shots to all sorts of opposition with incredible ease. We just play with a complete lack of fierce desire. That Hawks final last year was the benchmark and I cant remember us going anywhere near that this year.

The forward line is just a shambles. The setup is insanely bad.

The coaching, i mean why was McEntee even out there, what incredibly poor decision making from the coaches. Our system, setup, structures are so bad. It is absolutely infuriating to see a team just bounce out of our forward line, time and time again, with loose men that have found their way out onto the flanks. WHERE THE **** ARE OUR PLAYERS RUNNING! Those kicks should be cut off, they should be defended. They run back and outnumber, then the go round us where they outnumber, and then kick over the head of their defence to a forward line where they get 1:1s or outnumber on work rate. Its just appalling.


Over it, really cant be ****ed watching anymore. Next week could get even uglier.
