We set up like this against the hawks and eagles as well.

It’s just so stupid. If we want to force a stoppage, just kick to the boundary. Why are we taking risky kicks towards the corridor when even if we win the contest, it’s not going to turn into a score????

If Farrell who I believe was kicking out used his brain and the port player in the middle towards the left of square had a brain this would be open Kick right into the corridor. Or if Boaky on right side realised the Crows around him weren't really hard on him he could of done more to open it up. Unfortunately too often it seems nobody bloody leads and they end up doing a short kick out then still bombing it down the sides. Worst part is, it's like they still always kick down the side where in this case, ROB for Crows is or Gawn against the Dee's Stupidity... same happens going into forward 50... They don't lead or separate. Considering that fact, I'm amazed Georgiades has had the amount of marks inside 50 and shots at goal etc as he has seeing as the other forwards don't do F all to separate for him as much. SPP did block etc to some extent and Richards... rest are hopeless. Be good when Chad Cornes is gone too. Useless forwards coach and past his use by with coaching.

The disrespect from outsiders can hide envy, which is good. The current disrespect we experience is of a different kind — a bad one.

Agreed GP, as much as we are grateful to Choco for the 2004 gf win no-one will ever convince me the list he had in the early 2000's shouldn't have made at least one other granny and arguably two, that team would have kicked the current Power line up off the park by a cricket score.

Choco continually got sucked into playing mind games by other coaches (particularly Mick Malthouse) that he almost always lost as his responses were often mumbling gibberish, so I too believe he had lost the plot well before the club eventually made the decision to pull the pin on him!

I watched the first half, listened to the 3Q in bed on the radio then switched off. Checked the scores at the end of the game. Started thinking on what Geelong will do to us this weekend and then remembered the Collingwood/Hawthorn games from all those years ago. Here we go again.

Ken should, if he had any character, hand in his resignation letter this morning. The players do not play for him. Like the rest of us they play for a pay packet. Josh can they have the next 4 games to evaluate any player his is 50/50 on.
