A match winner, 20 and 2, 2 AA's in his first 4 seasons, clutch goal kicker. No wonder he didn't fit in with Hinkley.Kicking under pressure is his issue then. That's one thing i loved about Wingard when kicking for goal.
I love Wingard. It pains me we traded him.
I think kicking under pressure is Mitch's issue. I also think he has it in him to turn it around. He will also have two great developing tall talents in Whitlock and Cochrane that will eventually help ease the burden.
It is one of those things where Mitch is kinda our forward line. Apart from Durdin, the rest of the medium forwards don't kick goals. Whitlock is still young. We have had Softkosius and Visentini playing third. If the young Cockle brother comes back from injury and shows some form, Carr would have to seriously consider him as the third tall.
