Geez there was massive projection going on in that presser from Chris Davies wasnt there..

Everything he said, and everything Port does as a club, points to them being the proffessionally jealous club out of the two SA teams..

And Chris Davies knows it.. so his idea was to get out in front of the media and project Port’s weakness onto the rival club..

Its one of the oldest tricks in the book.. and unfortunately for the losers that use it, its always very easy to see straight through.

Why would Adelaide be jealous of a club that has less success, is sinking under mountains of debt, constantly chokes, has a shit list and an even worse coach, has a much smaller supporter base and who’s supporter base is a bunch of feral flogs that resort to abusing and spitting on their own players when things dont go their way?..

You know what, if our administrations over the years had inherited the # of supporters that Port had, we'd have been relocated to another state years ago. Given the headstart we have against most clubs courtesy of our membership numbers, we're pretty much an abject failure of a club. Not the players, the arsehats that run the club and have tended to believe they are the club.

I know it will change when the ball is bounced but contrary to the Poort Pear hype, I feel nothing but indifference for this game.

A classic Win/Win.

If we Win, they have nowhere to hide. They have fewer injuries, a vastly more experienced side (Eleven 100+ game players compared to Three for us) and Never Forget the pre-game singalong.

Lose and we lock in pick Five (possibly pick Four).

My brain says Pear by 3-4 goals. My heart says Crows by a point. A big win to the downhill skiers is possible but even that would just emphasise how they have pissed another season down the drain.

I thought China was a worthwhile punt. It had AFL backing and they suckle at the teat anyway, so no real risk from their angle. Am i on the team now?

I want to see in particular our young midfielders - soligo, shoenberg, berry get right on top of their primary mids in wines, rozee and boak and really put a marker down to say we are going to own you guys or whoever you run through there for the next decade.

I would love to see fog straightline his marks whilst flattening any port player in the way..legally of course. And kick a big bag of sausage rolls tonight

I want to see thilthorpe get really mobile and dominate up forward and be the player port have no match up for.

God I hope we win today and really stick it right up them, have absolutely loved Nicks and the club's social media team using "Port Power" at every opportunity. We haven't fallen to their gutter level of hatred but just letting them know we're the big brother and we know their weakness.
