Who was the poster that said he was a winner for backing Nicks before the finals and you were a loser because you didn’t rate Nicks and you were wrong? Then we didn’t win a quarter and went out in straight sets …….

Not a big fan of nicks, but 2025 was a real turn around in this regard. He beat Mcrae, Fagan, Goodwin, Hardwick, Mitchell and Beveridge. Got whooped by two of them in finals though....

Was it a genuine change or did the two finals expose him as a fraud. I'm leaning towards the latter, but he's finally generated some faith at least.

If we have injuries odds on Olsen and Silvers bring up the young inexperienced teenagers weighing down a rookie coach.

With the groins being an issue for him, hopefully they take a really conservative approach to his rehab and training, ease him in and get him ready for later in the season if necessary.

Don’t push him now and make the injury worse, like we’ve done in the past with other players like the Crouch’s.

'His' performance like he was responsible for Rankines slur, or Rachele coming back at the toughest time of the year etc. Funny how quickly the goal posts moved from 'must make finals', and then when he coaches a side to the minor premiership, its also his fault we didnt win it all. No way Dawson, Rankine, Ah Chee, Peatling etc come to the club during the Pyke, or Sanderson era, Nicks has significantly improved the culture at the club.

Well he’s the one that’s credited with turning the culture around setting it, so maybe he is?
