When I was young, they used to call Warnie the Sheik of Tweak. Even had put out this crazy towelhat merch to go along with it.
When someone says tweaker, I get the mental image of some crackhead who has spent one too many nights out on the rocks, his left eyelide has a nasty twitch, and his hand has seized up into a claw of some sort, thanks to permanent cramp from holding the crackpipe for a little bit too long.
But yeah :/
