Probably not worth starting a thread about this, and noone likes a bragger, but I had to share it with my fellow supporters!

My brother has been teaching Kane Cornes the piano for some time, and Kane has given a jumper and ball (both signed by all the players) to him to give me as a birthday present, along with a personal message on one of his footy cards! Wooohooo ! :)

The guernsey will be taking pride of place in the center of a certain Japanese wall :)

Ah, didnt think of that. My brother plays with Cornesy in the Rock n Roll All Stars. I think he said Kane's not too bad, either.

Nothing wrong with an occasional gloat. I'm still very happy with my framed and signed JuniorB heritage guernsey. :D Even on the hot days still worth not being able to afford airconditioning this summer :p

Pooley is related to me, well sort of.

My cousin is married to his sister but Im not quite sure what that makes me to Darryl, maybe second cousin in law or something like that.

Also I played junior football with Danny Morton who shares my last name, we are not related though. However I used to receive all of the calls from North Adelaide and Fitzroy, I think they got the phone number right but were looking for the wrong guy. I was a much better player than he was, not!

My other claim to fame would be featuring on a PC game called AFL99. For some reason they used some vision of me watching a Power game at AAMI Stadium. I never received any money for featuring in the highlights, bloody cheap bastards! Anyway if you have got a copy of the game look out for me.

Also I understand I will soon feature in a Power Book, scary stuff!

All I can lay claim to is a book full of Power autographs, starting from the beginning with the likes of David Brown and Darryl Poole up to now. There's also a few interesting messages in there, which prove to be very entertaining reading looking back!

I have a picture of Wilbur and myself on a school excursion (we were mates during the last couple of years of primary school). The only other thing I have is a port magpies towel that Rus gave me when he visited my school (it's a bit old and ragged now).

Never been much of a collector.

That's almost a perfect collection! As long as you don't try to work out too closely what it's a perfect collection OF. ( Funny haircuts, maybe?)

How about a ball signed by the original 1997 squad.

or

A momento I treasure is one of those old brown plastic balls the mini league players used to kick into the crowd signed by the all the 1979, 1980 & 1981 premiership players.............

So will I! How kind of the weather gods to only give a handful of days over 30 this summer :D Still I hate the cold more then the heat so it's winter I really want AC by. :p Thank god footy is back (if can call what the wizard cup has become footy) this month at least. :)
