Trailer is kind of cheese balls but the show is getting good reviews. First ep out tomorrow which is supposed to be ok, but not as good as the rest of the series

Saw this involved Martin Starr and T.J. Miller so thought I'd give it a go and I'm glad I did - it was thoroughly enjoyable.

In 30 minutes, it's already been a far better piss-take than that awful Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson movie.

Pilot was pretty good. Had a couple of weak parts, but definitely shows potential. I was never really on the TJ Miller bandwagon (if that's a thing?), but I thought he nailed his part and I lost it at his 'little more about me...' spiel. Also, I think I have a crush on the Monica character.

I only remember seeing T.J. Miller in Carpoolers as Mamaduke but it was such a good role I haven't forgotten him.

Good to see him back.

Decent first episode. Sets up the main character well and provides a decent footing.

I thought Foxtel, or comedy channel, flogging this with ads meant it would be s**t, but I really enjoyed it. Looks like it could be really good.

Now that more characters have been established and a race has been set up it looks like the show is gaining momentum fast.

Pissed myself at that line.

Really enjoying this, doubly so as this is my industry and the premise about him developing an algorithm for lossless compression is very close to home for me (my present company develops and sells similar technology).

The dude who plays the entrepreneur investor Peter Gregory died, so we won't be seeing him in Season Two which has just been announced:

Brilliant ep5!

The scenes with the Bighead and Gavin doing the video conf were hilarious.

I guess I should be happy that almost no one is watching this as it means it doesn't appeal to the masses who like all the usual dross on TV.
