Word is that his resume was really shoddy. They were passing it around and apparently he didn't use ring reinforcements and half of the pages fell out of the binder. Also tie wasn't straight.

I would say that Dill is skating on very thin ice. His performance has been nothing short of disastrous. Tossed Kane aside to save his own hide.
Kane was not good, but they gave here a job that she was never going to be able to handle.
