Honestly, it goes beyond JLo… the sooner this guy is out of the club the better. Has overseen standards consistently drop under JLo and done nothing to improve it.
He’s as much the problem as the coach is.

Good management would have got some serious support around him or even replaced him.
The assistants are all pretty soft.
Nothing is working. No accountability.

The player group is talented.
Drafting has been good.

The coaching is really bad, is 1 dimensional, the game plan is fragile.
Every week teams know we go to water with even a hint of pressure..
Every week we don't plan for it.
Just keep playing ultra defensive, uncohesive, scared football.

GArlik is in it for the money.
JLo is not up to it. He is a perfect right hand man.
He is not the lead.

Get them out before we waste another season & we start losing players again.

Am I right in saying that: Garlick can get rid of Longmuir. The board can get rid of Garlick. The supporters can get rid of the board? Just trying to figure out in my mind the best and quickest way we get rid of these campaigners.

There are 8 board members. 7 appointments by the wafc. 1 is elected by the freo members which only happens every 3 years.

We have gone the other way for some reason. A ceo who couldn't give 2 sh1ts and an Oldboy coach who is used to the poor standards, soft performances and mental fragility.

However His reputation AFAIC will now depend soley on his action or perhaps more directly his inaction on this coach.

Does he and the board for that matter by extension show done balls and by sack jlo and in doing so basically admit fault, or go the soft arse covering option and do nothing?

Taking note the latter whilst easier is almost always the wrong option , especially in football circles - see WC, melb, port for recent examples where delaying the inevitable only ends up inflicting more unnecessary damage on the club

I'd love to write directly to a Board member, but they genuinely are a bunch of unknown white collar simps. Where is the passion for the club on the board of directors? Hate people like Eddie McGuire all you like, he always did what was best for his club.
