I don't understand the notion some people have about draws not being a result for H&A games.

I like a draw.
If you have 'extra time', you might get teams playing for the draw in the last minute - wasting time, chipping around, stacking the backline etc - rather than going for the win, which seems to me what mostly happens in AFL (certainly both Freo and Richmond were going all out in the last minute or so on Friday).
