Is there a chance that Richardson will be moved out or choose to leave with all the changes ?

Say this because Coaches normally bring in their own team - Not sure that Richardson is part of Hird's plans.

I think the appointment (to be) of Simon Goodwin will be a good one.

He brings in leadership, a sense of fresh air whilst coming from a new club he brings in a new perspective of todays game..

His a 300 game player, a club captain multiple All - Australian, premiership player, his ability to play multiple positions is also a huge bonus..

I think, he would be a better part of this 'dream team coaching panel' than what people would give him credit for..

Great appointment if it happens. I know we can only have so many assistants but I reckon we should have looked at Nathan Bassett who is doing wonders over here at Norwood with a young side. Into the grand final on Sunday and has taken the sanfl by storm. Only a matter of time before he takes the next step to the AFL.

This is a fantastic appointment. Living in Adelaide I hate the Crows (and Port) as that is all you hear about, but it does mean I've heard plenty about Goodwin over the years as a player, as a leader, and as a well endorsed coaching aspirant.

A sleeping giant is stirring out at Windy Hill, the confidence and swagger that made us one of the most despised (read jealousy's a curse) clubs in the land is returning, and it feels good.
