I would only trade Goodwin for Ottens.

I think it depends what the Blues want for Campo, and it's likely to be a lot, therefore we shouldn't pick him up. But if by some miracle he came cheaply, then I would like to see him come to West Lakes (however not at the expense of draft picks).

As for Goodwin, I think it depends on the deal obviously, if it were a juicy one involving high draft picks and/or a good around-the-ground ruckman, we'd be foolish not to look at it.

However, I don't seriously think he's going anywhere.

OK guys here is a serious question. What would we be prepared to part with to get Brogan?????? Personally I think Ottens is a fair bit better and more versatile as well as being a couple of years younger but would have to wait another year to have a carck at him and would cost more than Brogan.

Port won't trade Brogan, Stiffy. He's their future.

Richmond on the other hand might trade Ottens as he hasn't really fired this Year after being impaled by a stake in the groin in the off season.

Goodwin for an Ottens or a #1 draft pick but nothing less.

I am not saying tht we are offering him more money but you have to admit that if we were offering Brogan $50K a year more than Port and he accepts then there wouldn't be much Port could do.

He is our forward line. 20yo CHF's who hold half of the ground together are worth a whole lot more than their tangible qualities IMO. Future captain and face of the footy club. Not for trade. For anyone.

He's very good which is why I suggested him. But if anyone wants Goody it'd have to be for a young key forward or rising ruckman.

Firstly Basset and Hart will not even be put up as a trade bait.

Secondly, you say that we need to recruit another hard in and under type to cover the loss of Bickley, yet you would trade Bode. Contradiction in term there.

Thirdly, Reilly has signed a new contract and according to new Bargaining Agreement he has to serve the 1st year of that contract before he can be traded. So he cannot possibly be trade bait.

The rest I cannot really disagree with.
