Been a big time knocker over the past 5 weeks the kids becoming a gun well done to the boy the past two weeks he has shoved it up all of us

Credit to Bucks giving the kid a chance a consistent amount of games something that would have never happened with MM

He got his first three games under Malthouse, who even gave him a full game against Geelong playing loose across halfback.

Mick was many things, he always gave talented and useful youth the chances they needed just ask goldsack, toovey, Blair, maxwell amongst others in our current side

I've been a critic but he deserves credit for his performances the last two weeks. Quesiton is whether this is a function of less nerves/greater experience or the notable drop in opposition pressure that you see when playing sides which will finish 12th or lower. Anyway his off the ball pressure tongith was excellent and he wasnt a liability ball in hand. If he can keep that up he plays every game this year.

Plenty he ****ing hasn't either anyone remember how he would bring a Stanly in forexample against a top 4 team play him on the flank get smashed them drop him week after did plenty of this I'm his time

No way MM would give Sinclair this many in a row but this isn't a MM slugging contest bloke did wonders for the club I just think Bucks has showed more faith then wouldn't have usually been shown

One thing I'm starting to notice about Sinkers is his hands. He's clean, especially below his knees. A number of times tonight he was crumbing a pack at full tilt and picking up the half-volley or awkward bouncing ball very cleanly.

Anyway, used it better tonight, and as we know he has speed and heart in spades. Liking the boy. Mazel tov, Ben.

His fade out second half may be due to the fact that he busted his guts in the first. He was one of the reasons we were on top early. I don't mind that.

Sinclair, Keeffe, Goldsack have all stepped up to be genuine AFL standard. Great depth at worst.

Sinclair kicking the running goal from 40m tonight rather than doing the usual and putting it out in the full shows that his confidence is building.

Last night there were signs of improvement.

He took a real step forward and that was his best game to date.

He looked really sharp, ran very hard to all the right spots and actually used the ball quite well.

The moment I actually enjoyed most was when he ran, steadied and nailed the goal in the opening term on the run from 40m. In round 1 vs Hawks and on Anzac Day vs the Bombers, he fluffed opportunities identical to that so it was good to see him get it right, despite me holding my breath.

I'm still not overly convinced but I would love to be proven wrong.

Another good game from Sinclair! I like this kid because he always gives everything he's got, and you know that he is trying as hard as he can every week. He's always aggressive at the footy, which will make him a very good player once he improves on some of his other skills, such as kicking.

Another two goals from him after last week. If he can get two goals a week, get a stack of one-percenters and only get a handful of possessions, then he will be a good player; not everybody has to be getting Dane Swan's numbers.:p

Keep up the great work, Sinkers!:):thumbsu:

My Collingwood mates can't stand him but I rate this bloke highly. From what I've seen he just knows how to get the footy and constantly gets in very dangerous spots.

If his poor disposal is purely down to nerves... then you have a real find here.

First half was sensational, near best on ground, faded out in the second purely down to being a young player...

His kicking and pressure was great, can't fault him.

Got a very good source that tells me he expected to be dropped after the first few weeks but put it simply the coaches and players have so much faith in him that dropping him wasn't an option...For all the haters still there, I wouldn't be wasting your energy.

I was so happy for the kid when he nailed that goal on the run last night. His finishing is what has attracted so much criticism, and it was still lacking a little bit against the Bulldogs despite his otherwise very good performance... so when he nailed that goal, I could feel Benny has really turned the corner and is cementing his spot now. He really adds a lot to our forward line. :thumbsu:

There are very few Beams, Siddy's and blairs around as well. Not all kids develop as fast so comparing him to them is a high standard. Compare him to round 1 and he is doing very very well.

Had a look at the highlight of the drop punt goal; looked good. He had (or more fairly, he created) the time to balance and his ball drop looked ok to me. It might have contacted him a little high up on his foot, but now I'm nit-picking. So if he can reproduce that around goals more regularly we might have something. :thumbsu:

SINKERS!!!!

Kids got pace and awesome awareness!

See him run off after Wellingham had dived on it knowing he would become the receiver for that on the run goal from 40. He started in line with S Buckley and you saw him realise what he had to do and started sprinting while S Buckley was just jogging.

I think S Buckley doesn't have long, his confidence (lack there of) brings everyone else down, I was defending him but I've seen enough now. Bring in someone else please, a kid so they can develop, S Buckley while not be here in 2013.
