size of attachment

it may be because i'm new or maybe i've stuffed something up on my profile but my posting info has limited the size of attachments to 1 bytecan anyone help at all

Attachments are actually not permitted at all here. You can still link to a photo on the web or whatnot.

I presume that there's no way to disable attachments completely so the next best thing the admins did was reduce the size to the lowest possible, 1kb ... obviously there's very few things you can attach at <1kb!
