You can't be still having symptoms weeks after and think going back into the field is a good idea.
Especially the way be plays, he moves across leading forwards and is third man into marking contests, it's a huge risk

IMO that was one of the usual AA selectors’ retrospective decisions to recognise past performance that wasn’t rewarded. His intercept marking game that made him so good in 2015-2018 has basically disappeared alongside our team defensive structure, and he’s never been elite as a ground level medium defender.
Still obviously a good player but can see him dropping off quickly as his body breaks down more
With elective surgery on hold i wonder what that means for players needing clean-ups and other small operations?
Would assume there's still small, private surgical wards operating.
Ah yeah true cause they can do what surgery that want to for a price.
But with the Gov thing, surely they knew weeks ago and would have been booked in quickly.
Nothing as this only applies to public hospitals.

Sheed started they in pretty good nick and then fell away just before the mid season. That shoulder injury could explain a lot. I think his game in round 2 against that Dog's midfield shows that he can play great footy inside. was instrumental in sparking us back into the game with his 26 touches, 11 clearances and 18 cp's.
He's best footy is good enough to play a vital role in the middle. Supports Yeo and Boots inside and will be instrumental to allowing TK to play the tole he did at the cattery.
On the eagles podcast Ozzie mentioned he's already been in for post season surgery.

Gee imagine your brightest young talent fracturing his elbow AND you have a glut of good KPFs yet to still insist on playing said bright young talent into the ground for 21 games
