If you want the phone number for Sven Goebel as well as me calling for a medical release of the file then it's up to you. But hey, what would an orthopaedic surgeon who specialises in elbows and shoulders know.
I think if COVID-19 has taught is anything it's that random people on the internet know more about stuff than medical specialists.

The medical specialists are in on the conspiracy however so they cannot be trusted.

Lastly, Cornes took aim at the superstar Eagle Jeremy McGovern's season.

McGovern, a four-time All-Australian defender and one of the AFL's highest-paid players, has managed just 27 games over the past two seasons.

The 29-year-old has been hampered by injuries, this season battling a knee and hip injury.

"A really poor year from Jeremy McGovern," Cornes said.

"You're going to pay him nearly $1 million per season... this isn't good enough.

"He's symbolic of West Coast's problems this year. A lot of players on big contracts who are comfortable.

"I would be challenging him on his skinfolds, losing weight and getting fitter because his body let him down. Not in West Coast's top 10 for best and fairest isn't good enough.

"He needs a massive pre-season."

Happy for Gov to get a kick up the bum.

Although I don't think high skinfolds + weight = cause of knee and hip injuries. I'm pretty sure those were impact injuries.

Plus citing our b and f is silly because if you miss games, you can't do well and unless those injuries were caused by being a bit out of shape, there isn't a link

Gov needed a wack.

Fat wallet and laurels come to mind over last couple of years.

His remonstration and suspension at start of 2020 was, in my mind, the leading indicator of Gov’s slide.

Pretty deep analysis from Kaino there. A highly-paid player coming off a poor year needs a big preseason. Inciteful stuff.

I agree with him 100% though.

Just seen Gaff in coles in dunsbrough. Very ginger & in a moon boot. Didn’t look comfortable or happy at all. Looked in quite a bit of pain. Not good.

2 WCE players with concussion retirements when every other team in the AFL has a combined 0 I believe. WTF?

Levi Greenwood
Liam Picken
Kade Kolodashnij
Koby Stevens
Sam Blease
Etc

There has been a few

Paddy McCartin - maybe redrafted by Swans.
Brayshaw (Melb) must have been close.

Then of course there are those ‘tough old timers’ who suffer from delayed effects of concussion.

And ‘Spud’ was linked to concussion (?)
