Happy for Gov to get a kick up the bum.
Although I don't think high skinfolds + weight = cause of knee and hip injuries. I'm pretty sure those were impact injuries.

Gaff plays through a fair bit of pain each week doesn’t he? Hope not too serious but he’s built a career on getting up for game day each week so I’m sure if there was a game tomorrow he’d probably still run it out.
