Well that was interesting a very promising start to the game marred by one of the worst 3QTR performance i have EVER seen by any club and in general one of the worst 2nd halves i can recall at one point it was 12 unanswered goals.

Heeney and Warner along with Grundy and Francis all had very promising starts to the game but it was a false dawn.

Injuries sure but the players that did take the field after HT (????) how do you go from applying pressure and intensity to not being able to walk again Lynch mentioned players were throwing up in the rooms (???) oh and we got another soft tissue injury.

Did we hire the Carlton fitness staff?

Blakey/Lloyd/Jmac my god... you dont want the ball in their hands infact you dont want them anywhere near the ball at all.

Yer dont expect many wins this year.

Yes, injuries play a part, but there's enough quality out there to be competitive for more than 30 minutes each week. Bit doomsday, but I think the club as a whole are in for a world of hurt.

AFL team is struggling, a lot of injuries, nobody in the VFL putting their hand up to play and not a lot to get excited about for the rest of the year, if I'm being honest.

Disappointing effort after a good start unfortunately. Credit to Gold Coast they took our best shot and then steam rolled us.

Ultimately beat up getting out of d50 by a team that wanted it more besides Bice and Roberts getting a pile and doing alright. Not good enough anywhere really.

Low on confidence, disorganised, injuries and probably some serious holes on the list

117-79 isn't far off what I expected to be honest. But it wasn't just a side too good all day we were just embarrassing after half time then junk time blakey tidied up.

We went away from everything that worked in the first half.

Wasn't a single winner in the second half imo, they threw up the white flag in the third players walking not trying,

a disgrace to the jumper after half time, what a way to piss away a great first half effort.

Club is a shambles right now! Now maybe it's going to be fixed as injuries come back but that's still a massive problem
how many are hurt a lot on this list.

Cox did not become a shit coach in 20 minutes over half time. All that happened is effort dropped and the score board started rolling over.

No idea why we signed Warner on such huge coin. We need 2 solid mids on good coin not Lord Flashheart on mega bucks plus a few decent high picks in the bank.

Gutless, our connection and cohesion is completely out of whack. The gulf in our good and bad patches is unacceptable. Midfield non existent in that third term, belted around the footy. 1 touch for Heeney and 0 for Rowy.

Cleary a shining light. Really impressive with his disposal in traffic and good to see him get opportunity on the ball late on.

Disposals is a terrible way of judging a players game though as the amount of very easy kicks they screwed up is staggering.

Our highest disposal this year is Roberts. With 24....

Heeney at 22. Warner at 20. Rowbottom at 19.

We have no bull / accumulator. 5/8 top disposals are from our skinny flankers.

Our best contested winner is Heeney, at rank 24 in the comp, who is also our best clearance winner at rank 15, who is also arguably our best forward.

We are just not enjoyable to watch this year. Zero confidence in this team. And yet, if we didn't have so many injuries, we'd probably have only dropped 1-2 games.
