WEDNESDAY AUGUST 29-Hordern Pavillion, Sydney.

THURSDAY AUGUST 30-Festival Hall, Brisbane.

SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 01-Festival Hall, Melbourne.

SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 02-Entertainment Centre, Adelaide.

Are Slayer still playing stuff off their 'Reign in Blood' album? Truly one of the greatest 'crossover' albums ever and some of these 'new metal' bands should listen to it so they can find out what it's like to play HARD!!

Did Tool include Adelaide in their tour? They played here on Monday night, and I went along for a bit of a look, with a friend.

Not a Tool nut by any means, hence the absence of a concert review, but they were ok. Cosmic Psychos supported them. Australia's answer to Motorhead - the band that look and sound like roadies...

I'm with you on 'Block' Macca - great song.

I saw MachineHead the first time they came out - not too shabby ("Give it up for Walter!")

Have you heard the latest Slayer? 6 songs now available on the net - pretty similar to their last album.....

Unfortunately, Reign in Blood can NEVER be beaten!!!! By anyone!!!!

I saw them the first time they came out (at the Horden, Syd 93?94?), and I swear the atmosphere was absolutely electric - it felt like the place was gone to be DESTROYED!!!!

One of the best shows I have EVER been to!

I didn't go last time - I didn't really like their last album, and the show was at the Ent Cent confused. I heard it was still pretty cool, but nowhere near as intense as the first time around.

PS. Santos - I agree wholeheartedly!!!

Last concert i went to (not counting Big Day Out) was Slipknot Feburary 13 2000 - one of the best days of my life.
Slipknot and support band Segression (pretty good too) put on the second best show ive seen (NOTHING will EVER beat The Prodigy's show). Slipknot were just plain awesome - Thebby theatre was electric and Slipknot DID wreck the place!! I passed out at the start of the last show cos it was so damn hot in there...my ex gf had to pull me out the crowd...was awesome!!!
