I couldn't find another thread about this, so mods take necessary action if one already exists. Anyway, just thought I'd start a thread about something which is often bothers me. I have never been a good sleeper, even from when I was little. I am a light sleeper so the slightest of noises wakes me up, however my issue at the moment is interupted sleep. I reckon for about two months or more I have woken up virtually every night without fail between 7-8AM, regardless of what time I go to bed the night before. Obviously for the most part I'm still tired and go back to sleep, but never manage to sleep for more than another hour or two so I always get out of bed tired. I also often don't get more than one hour of sleep (that's if I'm lucky) if I'm in an unfarmilliar bed, in particular when I've shared a bed with someone else. In terms I've my background, I'm not a stressful person and have hardly stressed in my whole life. Even when I've been unsure of things, I've never felt overwhelmed or anything. I also have quite a healthy diet as I rarely eat fast or processed food nor drink anything that isn't water. I also eat a fair amount of veggies and other homemade stuff, i.e. I'm at a good weight (as much as I'd like to get red of about 3 kgs). I'm sure I'm not the only one with this issue, so I thought this would be a good thread for people to have such a discussion. If anyone has any suggestions I'd appreciate it.
