I can't even download the updated app, and the old app won't work for me now.

I can't even download the updated app, and the old app won't work for me now.

I had that not long ago, got onto the support chat and they sent me a link to download and reinstall it that fixed it.

Tried a few times through the normal store with no luck, would just go the 'please update' screen and load forever.
