I see him and rate him as a 4-5 perhaps 6 year growth prospect. I do rate him and watched him live. Growing pains and niggles have bothered him but his build is my issue.
He is one i see that, clubs who do rate him, will posibly wait till he is afl ready before trading for him in a few years time.
I can honestly say that i cannot see him playing at AFL level for at least 2 years so he can build his body. Someone, however, aside from my thoughts, will try to lock him away with a ND pick and i do see him being picked as there is definite interest (especially with a combine invite) but not someone 'I' would draft.
He is someone i would keep an eye on during his first few years of a full time professional environment and monitor his progress ie. Game improvement, body growth, 1 on 1 improvement, attacking growth and tackling growth and if all goes well and I then wanted him, try to poach him.
Hope that clears it up.

I do but I think it presupposes a lot of things a represents quite a few risks if you are a club that thinks he could be something in 5 years. I guess my point is late in the draft when you have to gamble on players with a lot of holes what is the point in gambling on yet another vanilla mid or medium defender with a speed and an ordinary kick. I don't understand the logic. This kid is 204 as I said with good speed and very clean below his knees for someone his size. My point is if you are going to gamble gamble on something with significant upside either very late or rookie. Why do you differ?

It also assumes that when he does turn into the sort of player you want you can just go out and get him and for some unknown reason he will now want to leave the club who wanted him in the first place. I am not sure that should be anyone's list management strategy. The oh well we will get him later plan is flawed in my humble opinion.

Keeler will possibly still there at 19 maybe…..after that Lemmey.
Beyond that no one really worth a national draft pick.
IMO, only rookie chances at best would be left as Cadman, Jefferson, Keeler and Lemmey (in that order) would be the only ones worth it and there is a big drop off from Cadman to the others.
Keeler is very athletic and can be used in the ruck and further up ground, Jefferson is more your lead out fwd with good hands and a straight kick.
Lemmey was projected high after last year but has had issues this year to deal with and also personal issues that have hampered him, however, he still has the skills and could be a great get for anyone who drafts him if he gets his game back and improves, i said before that he was projected high, everyone had him locked into their top 5 and some even had him at 1 last year and if they say they didn’t they are lying.

I watched a lot of him and I absolutely didn't at all. He was always all duck and no dinner as a player. His athletic prowess is unreal. Speed size and powerful kick but he was never a contested player if you watched him closely. That's to a certain extent why struggled so much this year cause his coaches road him to be a player he is not. The contested crash pack type that his body suggests. He is a half forward flanker in a key forward's body and he may get it together but if you were watching more closely in his underage year there was an unbelievable amount that was hype and not production.

I wouldn't be gambling on a player with a lot of holes or taking risks, hence why I said I wouldn't take him.

don' really know who you are talking about here or understand?
Lemmey?
If so, there is way more off-field going on that has interrupted his year than on field.
And furthermore, I see Lemmey as a project player in the future at a CHF/CHB position NOT FF.

Not sure about the off-field stuff and have not heard that at all from people pretty close. My point on Lemmy is he is built to play KP but doesn't play like that. We shall see. He plays like Lukosius but with heaps less talent.

Yes, it will all change, however it’s the last First Round Phantom before the picks all swap hands. Especially now that JHF wants out of North! Will it happen?

Thought that Phillipou may land at the Saints, but PA being there beforehand & if interested, would seal that deal.
Busslinger, Ginbey & Hewett being from WA, scares me off them.
Would probably take then, Hollands or Keeler

Let’s wait to see who has what picks after the trade period.
This year the top 5 are clear, then you could throw a blanket over maybe the next 12, then after that there are arguments for most players to be in different orders, you could bunch 30-40 in a bracket.

I did state that it is not in a specific order, there is no point putting them in order until i see which team has which pick. Which i also stated ;)

I don’t think there’s too much to worry about with Busslinger.
Yeah, don’t know where that came from. Is he talking about every team outside of w.a or if he was drafting for st kilda?? I dont think the Buss is a go home risk at all.

Only rumours, but there has been talk on Bigfooty, that Wanganeen-Milera is homesick. Always some risk, is what I'm referring to.
