I don't see Will GOULD in this list? Did i just overlook his name or do you not rate him? He'd have to be one of, if not the best KPD's in this draft class imo.

Its a little of column B. I do rate him (at under 18 level) but cannot put him on there at his height transitioning into AFL. I really loved watching him play this year and i hope next year he plays different positions and/or works on his speed away from contests as well as delivery or has a growth spurt. Because similar to Kyle Reid this year unless some of those things change i dont see an AFL spot for him.

Jack Mahony looks good and started centre bounces vs SA.
he is a little ripper. Clean below knees, which is about the height of everyone elses ankles, and can find the goals. sets up others with his hands too, i like him a lot and he may find himself tracking higher by end of next year

Hi Smythe, no Mellis b & f from Ranges? Anyone else from Ranges, in a poor year (lots of bottom agers) catch your eye?

Mitch is good, and not far off my list (remember its just my list) but is not above anyone i have in my list at this point in time in terms of draftability in their positions, great hands though. i really liked james blanck's rapid rise in improvement from raw to showing he has a few afl traits this year and hopefully he plays again as a 19 year old and improves again.

Thanks Smythe, I appreciate the quick reply. Blanck’s improvement was terrific. Let’s hope it continues and some other bottom agers from this year can show similar improvement.

I did forget to mention Lachie Stapleton...and he IS worth the mention, and with a good year proving himself in different roles could be a bolter up the boards. He is currently just outside my 36.

Jed McEntee is one of the best mids in the draft. But he lacks size so wont go at the top of the draft.
Yeah size not great but i agree he is a good baller. I do have him on the watch list because his ferocity and tenacity at the contest is great but not in my top 50 at the moment. Lets see if he gets games against reserves or seniors this coming year.

Anyone picking any draft bolters for next year? And does anyone know of players coming back to TAC as overagers? I haven't been able to find out and also haven't heard any whispers.

I just hope he can grow 10cms.
His form this year as an underager for Sturt has been massive.
R1 - played but not listed in bests.
R2 - 5th best for Sturt
R3 - 3rd best for Sturt
R4 - BOG
R5 - 1st best for Sturt.
R6 to R8 did not play
R9 - BOG
R10 & R11 did not play
R12 - BOG
R13 - 1st Best
R14 - 1st Best
R15 & R16 did not play
R17 - BOG

Was also 2nd best for SA U17s vs SA 16s, only beaten out by Cam Tahany.

I've heard Bowman will be playing TAC Cup as an overager at Sandy, not sure how true it is

That would be interesting. I thought Riley was stiff missing out but if he does go to sandy they would end up, surely, the tallest team in the comp. I cant see a spot for him there. Big Andy Courtney in the ruck, fischer mcasey and charlie dean down fwd, josh worrell down back. I dont know where he would fit in.

Yeah I couldn't understand it, unless Courtney has school footy commitments so Sandy are looking for cover?

hugo is a great 2 way runner on the outside and could push to try inside mid a bit more but size wont help him, at his height he has great hands and is quick onfield, mahony is a little star. just watch the allstars game, very jack higgins like but mahony has a more rounded mid/fwd game, great hands in close and sets up team mates with handpasses, kicks goals...from everywhere, not a long kick. next years growth in his game will be interesting to watch.

Taheny clear standout from SA for mine, could have drafted him this year and still be a top 10. Has genuine freak ability and raw talent, but can be a little up and down in his output but pretty high ceiling.

Stephens, Mead also go alright as we have already seen Gould
