They are training on a baseball field as well which is a bit bizarreHow many people are Moorabin getting to training? Considering they're training down in Chelsea/Bonbeach I suspect it'll be tough to get good numbers.
Div 4 is average at bestwill the eagles be better this year? they have named a few recruits dont know if any good tho
speaking to mate at lyndale he said they lost maybe 6 7 from ones either to other clubs chasing coin or retired but said they have picked up a handful of young 20-23yr olds from berwick springs fringe type players
I agree tho clayton spending way overs but be top 2
dandy spending but on the right age group and actual decent players from higher divisions will also be top 2
st Johns unless pick up a few will be middle tier, I watched a few games last year as mates play there and standard was average at best.

St. john’s will be competitive and suprise everyone. They have recruited well and a few more signings looking solid in Jan/Feb to be confirmedDiv 4 is average at best
Of the Dingley guys, 3 of them are immediately top 5 players in the league. Goldsmith got Dingley seniors into the granny almost single-handedly in the prelim back in 2024.dandywest seem the big winners so far going after Dingley players

Thoughts on fixture?
Round 2 St Johns vs Doveton battle of the Joc'sBye not ideal… but not much you can do about that for the interim.
Playing everybody twice so feel as if that is a win for the fairness of D4.
Round 1 a good start:
• Ashwood v Clayton standalone Easter Friday (get to see where each are at)
• St John’s v Dandy (Inaugural Dandenong Derby!)
