anyone here planning to apply for the snowy float?
is it likely to be a good buy?
i read somewhere that thames water was interested which i thought might mean it'd be worth getting some shares
anyone got any opinions?

Depends on the water agreement, also I'd like to know how much maintenance on the infastructure is required
 
I've applied and have set money aside for it too.
Went up to the Snowy xmas time and had a good look around, it is way undervalued imo.
On a downside the irrigators further downstream don't like the idea much.
Renewable energy, can't go wrong.
Tumut is a beautiful part of Australia.

The obvious thing to do is register for a prospectus asap, it's been said that priority will be given to those registered on the day.

I know a stockbroker who is of the opinion that it appears likely to be a bit over priced, but I'm still feeling more likely than not to take up the offer.
