besides drinking bourbon on the forward pocket fence I could walk away from the match with a couple of positives.

- Clarke will make way for McGrath
- Mott will have his day
- the Backline was the least of our worries
- Pagan stuck with a decent forward set-up (although it yielded little result)
- Lappin, Scotland
- The PA systems feedback before the match

Saturdays game against the Saints....cant even think about it.... the horror!

Bowyer was really good yesterday and Teague and Thornton have been very solid all year.

We need a good crumber up forward if we're keeping Skinny down back, Kenna would fit the bill.

I think Sporn is a really important player for us, he would have gone with Smith or Hahn yesterday, and his absence is going to hurt.

Next week could get very, very ugly, though mentally you never know what's going to happen.

Positives? French was great until injured. Makes sense that he would go down when he finally started playing well. Bowyer played his best game for us. Backline is very good overall - Norman, Thornton, Bannister, Teague, Bowyer, very good combinations being developed back there. Just need Kouta, Waite and Sporn back and we have the makings of a lot better side.

Not sure Kenna is a crumbing option. Has been given a few shots at it and failed. McGrath may as well be given a turn.

Kenna would be better a little further up the ground I think... maybe as a forward flanker? He seems to like chasing blokes down as well as a little crumbing. He just needs to find his feet.

I've heard from a good source that Kenna won't be picked for awhile because he does not follow team instructions. We cannot afford to carry people like that in our team.

just give mcgrath a chance then

he needs to have at least one shot at senior footy to see if he is still up to it

it couldnt hurt and we need to take a couple of gambles if we are goin to have any chance this weekend

Is anyone else insubordinate? Jesus...

Somehow after hearing every second new player does not want to follow team instructions, one may think that lies are being spread.
