I have a huge love/hate relationship with trade week.

So much build-up and anticipation for such little result. Year after year.

Prove me wrong this year, Collingwood. Prove me wrong.

My personal favourite was at the end of 2003 when we said we were happy with our list. :)

definetly draft day, two picks inside top 5, here we go! trade week, meh, we wont do anything brilliant, mark my words.
Yeah draft day will be good, but I'd be a little more estatic if we have two picks in the top 5 come next year's draft instead. Will be a super draft, as opposed to an ordinary bunch this year.

Yep, that's right, you know what I'm saying...

TANK IT! ;)

i reckon the difference is that this year, there is 3-4 top class picks whereas next year there will be 7-8+. all that means is that this year recognises 14th-16th whereas next year, if you come say, 11th, you may get someone worthy of pick 1 in another year. except that bryce gibbs who will win at least one brownlow is next year rather than this year.

Is trade week the week after the grand final?

I have a feeling that we will try to shop a few players around, but I'm not sure who would want the likes of Cole, O'bree, Lockyer etc.
