am I the only one who doesn't rate those designs? some are alright but it's pretty uninspired.

I've seen them flogged all over social media today and I don't quite understand the rave reviews.

A significant amount of designs on here trump them quite easily.

You have to remember that the general public standard for mock ups is going to be WAYYYY lower than the standard on a jumper design/graphic board. For them its a novelty, fun exercise which is fine, but isn't going to move the needle here.

Unfortunately respect/praise for this type of thing is rarely a meritocracy.

Not that it's an official kit, but here's a crack at trying to modernise the NSL '99 design I did for the Glory in the fleeting hope that maybe they take inspiration from it for a future kit...​

I'm torn between the 90's Glory strips and the status quo. I'd love to see the orange back in some form but the last two seasons' Glory kits have been some of the best in our history.

How about a black third with a gold/yellow sunburst - WA colours for WA Day weekend?
Send it in mate, that set should be used for our inaugural Asian Champions League campaign.

The Glory kit that never was...!
As the countdown to the launch of our new kit continues, we've been taking a look back at some old designs and stumbled across these Blades numbers.
Designed to be worn in the event of Glory qualifying for the 2013 AFC Asian Champions League, they ultimately never saw the light of day.
But we thought our Glory football fashionistas would appreciate seeing them anyway! (had to take photos of the original designs to get the actual colour...)
