Harves went off in the last with quad soreness. No-one will know much more until at least tomorrow.
Thanks, hope it is good news.

I was just looking at Fan Footy desperately trying to gleam information, as ther are very few reports around at present, and saw a note on Reiwoldt saying that he was holding his shoulder in the second, but played through.

Anybody else see this? I am hoping that this can be discounted rather quickly.

Stupid Michael Voss kept naming bakes...why the hell cant he just shut his mouth. The vision clearly showed bakes a fair way from sooky farmer. He got what he deserves. And what a great win by the Mighty Saints :)

Could not have happened to a nicer bloke, whatever happened...?

I think the AFL will get him, he is always made out to be the villan.

I also had the impression that Baker was quite a bit away from Farmer - maybe his nose starting bleeding from a blood rush to the head realising just how embarrassing his dive in the second quarter was ?

Yeah, he's got a bad reputation behind him that could work against him. I wonder if Vossy would have shut up if it was a Brisbane player in Baker's position?

Very solid performance, while that lingering problem of our final quarter fadeouts is still there, I think we did well to at least get close to breaking even in the last. Would have preferred a 50 point victory like we were on track for but at least it wasn't a debacle like against the Doggies and Blues. We fought it out when Freo were throwing everything at us in the first half and took control in the second term. Satisfying win :thumbsu:

On Gehrig, Ross Lyon in his post-match press conference said that G had had the flu for the last two weeks AND HADN'T TOLD ANYBODY! They'd only found out just before selections. That explains the cruddy few games against Doggies etc.

It was a great win though... Good to get a big win before playing the Water Closets.
