Here it is guys....

Get rid of BEN HOLLAND in our best 22 !!!!

he is a disgrace!! he isn't even a good footballer, let alone playing afl trying to score a goal.

First he is the worst shot on goal in afl.

Second he is the worst mark in afl.

Third he is slow.

Fourth we aren't that a great a side to afford a sub-standard player in our team.

He's played well when the team plays well. Its been said time and time again on here, he's good when he isnt a target. Its just a matter of playing well and making sure he isnt a target.

But I agree, if we get rid of him, that means Green or Bruce could push up onto a flank or pocket when resting, meaning we have some quality goal kickers (Green at least), rather than someone who really cant kick straight.
As a result, another of our midfielders could be on the field rather than having 3 on the bench.

this is what i want as a forward line

Yze Neitz Robertson
Davey Miller *Midfielder*

that midfielder can be green or bruce or sylvia

also robertson can occasionally swap with the midfielder and go onto a forward flank letting the midfielder (prefferably if its bruce or green) stay in the goal square

though wat holland does do is he does take a tall defender away from robbo and green etc....

the 5 goals he kicked against freo was when we had lots of midfield run and in a very attacking game...anyone could get goals that game.

also 3 against richmond, we pounded them through the middle and he was playing on mark graham, not a star by any stretch of the imagination.

i say drop him for Phil Read who goes into the middle...

also Bell for heffernan. bell goes down back and brown onto a wing/half back but not having to pick up a small forward

Bring Read in. Please. He can tag way better than Heffernan and gives us plenty of aggressiveness. I believe Col and Beamer will give us plenty of that in years to come but at 19 and 21 they aren't exactly going to go out and be feared by the opposition.

I have the solution to all our problems, this is a foolproof solution that will allow us to win the flag. All we need is the AFL somehow allows midseason trading and also that the following trades are accepted (why wouldn't they be?)

Simon Godfrey for Johnathon Brown
Luke Williams for Matthew Scarlett
Guy Rigoni for Chris Judd
Cameron Hunter for Simon Black

Re: Holland to the backline.
We aren't playing for priority picks.

Why would you have a forward who isn't a target?

What is the point of having a forward on the ground who you don't want to kick too?

Again, it just proves daniher isn't a premiership coach.

Bring in Read for holland, and bell for heffernan. I think those changes are quite good.

Just Brown for Godders, where's the sweetener?

Otherwise it's a fine plan of action...

Out: Craig Cameron

You know it makes sense dammit!

That's a good point, to be honest he's done f*ck all up forward but when he is moved into the midfield he does kick a few goals from there. Give him a few years and he'll be able to move up forward and kick bags if he needs to.

depends which melbourne and which port rock up

i reckon this:

Melbourne at best > port at best

but

Melbourne at worst < port at worst
Port at their best won a premiership. At our best we won 4 games in a row. :p

I've heard many stories about how he is injured. What exactly is his problem? Why is he playing if he's not fit then (probably not to ruin his streak)?
