As opposed to the charming West Coast culture...

Driving through Freo just 10 minutes ago - where I live, work, go out, do my shopping, where my kids go to school, my husband works - my town, my home.... with my 3 primary school aged kids in the car, and nothing more on my car than a membership sticker, and some complete moron beeps us at the lights, flips us the bird and waves his weavils scarf at me and my kids mouthing "losers" at us.

Sorry mate - we are not the losers.
HAHAHAHA :D

Is there a bigger whinger on here? I feel for your husband.

If you can't handle a little banter/fun when you lose and cop it on the chin, then your in the wrong game. You're all happy when you give it out after a win but as soon as you lose, you're a bunch of ********ing whingers.

You are a deadset frickin idiot pinky... couldn't care less for myself - but did this moron really think it was appropriate to be flipping the bird and mouthing "losers" to 3 kids aged 6, 8 and 10. Time and place... something, oh foolish one - that is obviously a little too sophisticated for you to understand.

And thank you for reinforcing the stereotype. You really have no idea do you??? :D

a) Im sure your kids have seen someone 'flipping the bird' before
b) You are losers

Build a bridge and get over it. Fremantle supporters would do the exact same thing, if they actually won.

hey frock off pinky.

a) hopefully not directly at them from a grown man - like they got from your fellow supporter today
b) if you think its cool to do that to kids then you are the only loser around here.

If you took the time to read before posting, fool, you would see that I have said that exact same thing that you so wisely and cleverly concluded with your last statement.

Read, think, post. It might save you quite a lot of personal embarrassment at coming across like a know-nothing, foolish tough guy who would happily abuse - or at least endorse the abusing of - young kids.

Careful pinky - you're slipping off that high-horse of yours.... :D

How amazing, you assume that I abuse and/or endorse the abuse of young kids? I never said that and you don't know me so you cannot say such things. By the way your conducting yourself I really wonder whether it was the guy in the other cars fault or the two people in the front of your car.

My advice

Play McPharlin down back

Play Ryan Murphy

Show someone how to be tough at the ball.

Trade that receiver Josh Carr back to Port

Respect Troy Cook more, he is your best midfielder by a mile

Have Sandilands play more then 10 mins in the ruck per qtr

Trade Justin Longmuir, how did this dud get 400k

I sympathise for you, IP. Having to spell it out to this bunch of utter twits must be tiresome, to say the least.
Yeah - poor old bluey (oops sorry pinky)... every word he types just gets him deeper and deeper in his own mess - and the unfortunate thing is he doesn't even realise.

How sad for him... ;)

What gets me, is just because someone supports a football team that's doing well, they automatically think that they are an authority on all things football, and give 'friendly advice' to opposition supporters about where their team is going wrong. As if they had anything to do with their teams win.

Enjoy your win, enjoy the year you're having, nothing wrong with friendly banter, but for f@&k's sake, don't offer advice.

To cart kids around in any vehicle displaying dockers membership stickers or the like = child abuse.

To make your kid wear dockers gear = child abuse

To follow the dockers = self abuse.
If this was before the game or just after you'd call that post/pre-match banter and have a laugh.
The fact thats it's been 3 days, and we won the game, means it's time to try and act a little more gracious and show some respect, especially on the oppositions board.

were i work we have a lot of trainees comming through age group 22 to 50 M&F. Everbody knows i'm a Freo supporter and usually manage get up everybody nose with my optimism..... Work place fun.

So today a new guy (about 40 weve never spoke before ) hits me with the old " Look I'm an Eagle supporter and you team has got this problem, trade so and so play elvis here, sack farmer yada yada yada" I was friggen gobsmacked ! I just looked at him patiently and nodded and trying desparately not to laugh and tear srtips off him at the same time. Mind you it was the second time in a month from one of our trainees told me whats wrong with my team, the last one was female. So ffs weevils we dont need your advice, its only a bloody game,it is not open heart surgery and no one's is gonna die.

Any way both of these people are good guys and I look forward to many years of gybing each other. :p
