Some help required pls...

I'm looking to pick my squad for this week's fantasy footy (from the UK) and I'd appreciate any information/ objective calls on the fitness/ form of the following players and likely prospects for this week/ season:

1. Shane Crawford
2. Wayne Carey
3. Chris Johnston
4. Shaun Rehn

Wayne, Shaun and Shane are all recovering from injuries, Shaun is sharing a lot of the time on the ground with Marsh and Clarke so he won't get to many points. Wayne is coming back from a shoulder injury and won't be at his best and I would say if the Roos have a healthy lead in the 3rd quarter that Carey will be rested. Crawford has had the flu for the past two weeks but all reports say that he is back to full training. I hope this helps.

Seriously, Crawford's still not right, but they don't know what's wrong. Isn't he having dinner with the Queen this week? I'd still probably leave him in.

I'll never get the hang of this fantasy footy stuff! I ended up 'playing' three guys who pulled out late, 3 who got injured early, and two I've never heard of! I don't even know why their in my squad.....

Carey is injured. They're going to rush him back into the team on Friday night. If you want a North forward for your fantasy team, Evan Hewitt might be a good choice. Apparantly Fevola over at Carlton did some good things on the weekend too. In your midfield, you might want to choose Peter Bell....he's been North's best player this year. Shane Clayton could be a cheap option.

It's rumoured that Crawford has glandular....he's hardly touched the ball in the first two rounds.

As for Shaun Rehn, they're just trying to run him into form. Maybe in about a months time, he should be okay.

Doesn't help me much as I've already picked my overall squad - just looking for this week's selections.

Shinboner you might be interested to note that the squad includes Lange, Motlop, Makepeace, Carey and Welsh (albeit it an x-roo) - of all those guys I'm currently getting the best return out of Welsh!

I picked up Fevola but missed Hewitt. When selecting it was a toss up btn Crawford, Harvey and Bell - went for Crawford - bummer hey??
