Just wanted to get on here and give the Tiges a pat on the back.

While I despise Richmond and love to get into them at any opportunity, you looking super impressive in the first half on the weekend. Sadly you've had a history recently of showing plenty early in the game and then falling away, but these were different signs.

Plenty of good kids playing tough footy, and a game plan which was bringing a continuous flow of quality ball to the forwards. A very different looking team.

Plenty to look forward to Tigers... but hopefully not too much

Here's something to ponder: 3 weeks ago I posted similar stats and RT bagged them and said its not like we were fielding a team devoid of experience.

People were saying the same thing during KBs time as coach...

We are one of those paintings that you have to look at at a certain angle or perspective to see the good in it.

Cant wait for it to look good for us simpletons who tend to look at the ladder,game results and finals draw.

IMO this is only the second time we have tried to rebuild properly since Tom Hafey did in 1975. Once was KB's time and now finally again. To be fair to KB, that rebuild formed the nucleus of the 1995 team that finished third. But the club (unsuccessfully) tried to recruit big names like Lockett and Lynch (and Sheedy as coach) and in doing so we ended up losing players like Lambert and Maxfield, plus an injury plagued career to Free meant a fairly promising midfield (with Knights and Campbell) was lost. Plus we were Wallsed shortly after. I think neither KB or Wallace were going to take us much further as coaches, but at least among their many mistakes they at least both set the club on a course of rebuilding.

I didn't bag the stats perse, I bagged the way they were produced, i.e. 50 game brackets, which makes people think we're playing a bunch of kids with 10-20 games instead the group we play which is more in the 30-40 game region and you agreed with me that would be a better way to produce this type of table.
