Notes and votes:
Burn - Some old school 70's rock here. It's OK but not particularly memorable. A bit too much going on behind the vocal in the verses.
Zero - That's how many votes I'm going to give it.
Mean - What's the difference between a banjo and a trampoline? You take your shoes off before you jump on a trampoline. I'm actually of the school that thinks young Ms Swift is quite talented, but this song isn't giving any evidence of it.
Work - Not bad, might score a vote or two in the lower reaches.
Lies - A little too electronic for my tastes, but I do like the vocal work.
Laid - Oh yeah, I know this one. Never knew the name or who it was.
Dart - Not bad.
Epic - I remember this one too, again I didn't know the name. Never really liked it much.
Dare - Quite boring. Next.
Fire - Even more boring. Next.
Gold - 80's classic. Looking back I'm not sure these guys were actually that good but they did fit the time. A guy I went to school with was unhealthily obsessed with this song and Spandau Ballet in general.
Torn - Love this song despite it being exactly the sort of thing I usually can't stand. Five.
Maps - Not very good.
Stan - I'm wondering why you got out of bed too. ******* awful.
Lola - A classic.
Army - All Ben Folds songs seem to sound the same to me. It's OK I guess, but not getting any votes.
Echo - Against all my expectations, I really like this. Will grab a copy to keep.
Lady - In line with my expectation, I don't like this.
Kick - I was a big fan of INXS, but this was the first album I didn't like. Everyone else did though, which I guess says something.
Time - My song.
Dirt - No.
Soon - It just goes on and on and on. I like it.
Joey - Not a bad song, but probably won't score votes in this field.
Kiss - Sorry Tom, I won't be throwing any undies your way.
