The Simpsons in its prime was one of the finest bits of TV ever created. Funny, clever, relateable and, even touching at times. Unfortunately, it became stupid in season 11 with ridiculous plots like Kill the Alligator and Run and It's a Mad, Mad, Mad Marge. **** those episodes.
I can pinpoint the exact moment Simpsons became weird - "Bart The Mother". When he looks after those birds after killing their mother. It was almost like they thought "shit, let's give this brat of a child a soul after all"

My all time favourite episode is probably still "rosebud". So quotable.

"I'm mr burns. Blah blah blah, do this, do that, blah blah blah."

"Hey we just wanna say this gig sucks"
"Yeah up yours springfield - 1-2-3-4!"
"Go to hell you old bastard"
"Have the Rolling Stones killed!"
"But sir, those are the-"
"Do as I say!"

"Lobo. Lobo. Being back sherif Lobo!"

"I won't get what I really want"
"No one does, sir."
"Happy birthday, mr. Smithers!"

"Mmmm, sixty four slices of American cheese"

Haha yes, when I was writing out the songs so I can refer back to them when voting I typed In-A-Gadda-La-Vida as In The Garden of Eden. One of the best jokes.

Wait a minute, this sounds like rock and/or roll

On an unrelated note, I had no idea how big stoner metal was in the Gong.
Wollonbong.

Im not promoting drugs (except weed- thats ******* great) but I feel that unless you have had at least one trip you cant truly appreciate psychedelic music.
I never really liked acid (waaaaaaay too intense for my liking) and took very little but what they say about it permanently 'opening the doors of perception' holds weight in my opinion.

I did a microdot back when I was at uni with a couple of mates which was pretty mindblowing with all sorts of hallucinations, it makes you look at life differently and at the time you think you can't go back to living a normal life again but then once it wears off you do.

Aww don’t you now regret doing physics ?
Can't really take it back now, but I do wish I had done Chemistry instead perhaps.

argh

hated physics with a passion.

I was always good at biology and absolutely owned psychology
Physics, ugh. Biology, psychology and nutrition all the way for me.
I hated Physics haha. I nearly failed Year 12 because of it. I was good at science in GENERAL. I never did Psychology (think it might have clashed with something else I wanted to do more). Only part of Biology I enjoyed was genetics. And our only other choice was Chemistry, and I suppose at the time it didn't interest me as much.

Best part about Physics was magnetism/electromagnetic fields and carbon dating. That was interesting.
Learning about projectile motion and pulleys was boring af.

"Maggie stop waving that mouldy old bear around.... mouldy? Old? .... I'm going to get something to eat!"
Season 5 was amazing. Rosebud, Homer Goes to College, Cape Fear, Deep Space Homer, Homer Loves Flanders, Burns' Heir... countless classic moments.

I don't know what it was about but the physics class when I was in year 12 did a prac where they threw eggs at a window.

I remember walking past the class and seeing it, was pretty amusing.
