I never even watch the videos as it’s always in another tab, the video could be literally anything and I wouldn’t care but apart from 30 seconds it was just commentary and not the actual song.

Your doctor is taking you for a ride. Salt intake has little to do with cholesterol levels. If anything, a reduction in salt can raise it.
