I sent 43 abusive PMs after my nom was promptly accepted and the host asked me if I would stop.

Changed my nom to the winner and haven't heard a peep from the host in almost 2 hours.

It's quite hot in SA at the moment and they say you should check on the elderly in times like this.

I'd hate to think GreyCrow died of heatstroke before he posted the noms and they got delayed by a day or two.

General Rules:
All song nominations and votes are done by PM and must be kept anonymous by the host. The host's decision on accepting songs is final etc. etc...
In the event that the winner cannot host, then the reigns go to 2nd place, unless that person is William Wonka.
Lol!

Yeah the best tips for Scrabble involve knowing the 2/3 lettered words (including the obscure ones) , playing bridges/multiwords as much as possible and getting BINGOS! when lucky enough to land a blank :p . I liken my scrabble ability to my chess ability - I can beat almost anyone who isn't professionally trained (so my dad and friends now hate playing me haha) , but I lose on the rare occasion when someone with tournament experience plays me.

The jump between good social player and good tournament player is monumental.

Im genetically gifted at Chess.
My grandad used to create the Chess puzzles for a Sydney newspaper and my old man beat a grandmaster on one occasion.
Im nowhere near their level but I will toy with 99% of people as well, but that 1%... wow, completely different story.
