They are the best remedy for a b.r.u.n.c.h.e.r when it comes to anxiety. Like a lengthy steeped white tea. It's calming and is less mature than green so has little caffeine but a high amount of calming properties. Just like my man Gogol says, "Always think of what is useful and not what is beautiful. Beauty will come of its own accord.” You know that feeling when you get into a bath and you think it's too hot but all of a sudden you realise it's perfect and your skin seems to be one with the water? That's life. That's b.r.u.n.c.h. Set times when you can only focus on one thing, you are not allowed to think of stressful things for that time. Even if it's only 18 minutes. A stick hitting a crash cymbal is realising your broom can actually fly. Was it a dream? You know what they say, COMPARE YOURSELF TO WHO YOU WERE YESTERDAY, NOT TO WHO SOMEONE ELSE IS TODAY”. So keep in mind un salted cashews will always have a place at the table and that life is a candle. If it stays inside it will burn for a long time. Take it for a drive and and it might blow out quickly, but at least it took a chance. Stay positive. Stay true. Treat life like cutlery.

Thinking I might skip the next two rounds. I've had a lot of stress and anxiety at work this week and I need to look after myself. On Saturday I fly to Melbourne, seeing the Cursed Child play with MWPP on Sunday, and then have a work conference next week.
