This song always made me laugh, when the DJ'd play this at the pub, how all the bogans would sing along as if it was about going to Bali and partying or something, instead of being about taking drugs to forget about life and being trapped in that whole downward spiral.

Although technically correct, the song isn't about illegal drugs, but about his dad dying from cancer and his meds no longer working.
