Speaking of Carlton premiership players, I had the pleasure of meeting one today (a rare moment for a Perth lad). The Mrs had me take her to Subiaco to watch the Bombers train, while she was getting her stuff signed by the players, I called Scott Camporeale over and had him autograph my Blues guernsey. Bloody good bloke. I don't care how others feel about his move to the Bombers, I have a lot of time for the guy. He was a great player and I hold him in very high esteem. Even more so now.

i was in the local indian restaurant a few weeks ago & Spiro Kourkamelis walked in for a take away order. I called him over & he was surprised when i said i was a carlton fan who remembered him..

Jimmy Buckley took care of some asbestos too at my mates house a few weeks back too !

the old guys love a chat with fans.

Was angry at the time he left, but had to pity him for his decision. Played out his career at a club where the supporters cared very little for him. Very little emotion in his 250th, not much more when he retired. Disappointing end to the career of an excellent player for the CFC.

He he he! Good one! I dunno about ctacp but the boundary fence was in my way, hence me having to call Scott over. Besides, it was Bombers training, hardly worth legging the fence for... ;)

:( It can categorically be said that whilst this current admin is at Princes Park that SOS will never have anything to do with the CFC. He is well & truly out of the club & I doubt that will change in the short term. :(

I did not know that. So is this because a previous administration offered him under-the-table payments?

I knew you were behind fence mate - just couldn't resist it
