Coal chamber and Enter shakiri equal first place for the worst thing I've seen at a music festival since 1997.
Absolutely horrid.
Awesome day otherwise!

I really want to prove them wrong, or at least be able to tell them that if Joe was in the pit, no one else that was there saw him. It just makes no sense to me why he'd finish up his show, and then put himself in the crowd/pit with a bunch of sweating and over-excited 20'somethings, when he could just stand on the side of the stage and watch from there.

so 6/10Coal chamber and Enter shakiri equal first place for the worst thing I've seen at a music festival since 1997.

I can't say if it was or wasn't him. I'll just say it wouldn't be the first time I've seen it happen. I went to a sideshow last year and saw guys in the pit BEFORE they had to play, watching the other bands. Then saw guys who had played just to the side of the pits enjoying the show.![]()

such a good day, better than Melbourne with less people and a short walk around the stages. Then made my way to Turisas who got changed into Black Tides time slot. They were 15 minutes late from the advertised time slot and only played 5 songs, but thought they were just about the set of the day. Only 250 or so watching them but they killed it. Great humour in between songs and they finished with Rasputin, Stand Up & Fight and Battle Metal which was great. 10/10....just wished they'd played for a bit longer. 9/10
Also anyone see:
- Devin (after seeing them at the Forum, really annoyed he clashed with system!)
- Staind
- Manson, lol, heard he was terrible.
- Hatebreed
- Paradise Lost
- Machine Head (last time I saw them at Festival Hall they were shit)
