Pitch looks more suited to golf than cricket. There's little sand traps in it.

Should be a ripping test and expect the South Africans to rebound and level the series

That looks patchy. Outside off for the left handers. Maharaj?

Interestingly we were 1 up in India and had them on the ropes in the second test before collapsing and throwing away a golden chance to walk away with a drawn series at worst.

Hopefully we can make a better fist of it this time around if we have a period of dominance.

Hope the Aussies win the toss and bat. Warner gets dropped by De Kok on nought, and goes on to make 150. And Australia beat the sanctimonious Saffers by 10 wickets. Delicious.

Wow. Batting first on that deck with overcast conditions. Interesting.

We probably don't fancy batting last on that track vs Maharaj - he did us for 9 wickets just a few days back.

Interesting set of conditions. Very good reasons to want to bat first but also to bowl first. RSA would want to get wickets in the first session or they will be in for a bad time batting last here.

Harsh on Morne, but I can't say it's the wrong call. Ngidi looks really good from what I've seen.
