Jesz SA have unearthed a 20 year old Courtney Walsh.

What a duo Ngidi and Rabada are going to be for the next 15 years.

Sharma playing himself into the third test team? If he gets a reasonable score here they won't drop him.

Wouldn’t rule it out. He’s already the top scorer.

What a pitiful performance this morning. Was a fairly competitive test until tea yesterday.

I hope Maharaj bowls these pies in March.

What a bunch of frauds this world no 1 indian team is. Have been scheduling games against weak opposition all at home for ages now. As soon as they leave india they are as weak as a wet lettuce leaf

Most teams are in the same boat. Regardless they have beaten the next 3 best teams in the world over there in the last 2 years. Don’t really know what your point is about ‘weak opposition’ at home - they played 4 tests against each of Australia and SA in that time and 5(??) against England. Who are they supposed to invite over there, Jupiter’s first XI?

Everyone knows they’re ordinary away. So are australia and england. Australia is probably marginally better than those two but they have also lost a series at home in the last year or thereabouts.

Outside of the sub continent and the West Indies, they have won one Test only since Kohli has been playing (2011). That was during a humiliating 3-1 losing series in England. They were winless in two series in Australia, 4-0, 2-0, as well as winless in South Africa and New Zealand.

They're as fraudulent as you get.

Every team is weak away. The concept of the tour is meaningless if the boards refuse to make their teams have more games against proper first class opponents to acclimatise before the international series starts.

At least some teams are at least competitive away. Others are hopeless. We had a close series in India and lost 3-2 in England. South Africa are always competitive away, close series in England and surprisingly swapping away series wins with Australia. India have been downright terrible away.

Shits me throwing that line out.

Australia lost 2-1 in India and we’re balls deep in another one of those tests.

Australia wasn’t far off retaining the Ashes in England 3-2 and beat SA last time out away there.

SL was a disaster and the Bangers are no easy beats at home these days.

We aren’t our side of the 90’s but we aren’t India away or England away at the moment.
