Nah it was Jayden Charlton that they signed, played 150-something games for NH and came to HB for one season in 2018 when we missed the finals on percentage after getting beaten by 125 points by Lindisfarne in the final roster match to drop out of the five by about 8%. Went pretty well for us from what I recall.Hobart posted on FB a BIG signing will be announced this week. Jason Laycockis what I'm hearing.PLAYERCARDSTARTJason Laycock

A sizeable portion of those players signed up are underage players that have come to Hobart to play their football, rather than Hobart actually going out to actively target them.& Hobart pillaging the north & Clarence 18s - hate to see Hobart's bank balance and points limit for this year!(good luck in the premier league again , when the tsl dissolves)
If TSL does fall over the flow on to clubs below will hit hard. No more having no juniors and just getting players that don’t want to play at the top level from TSL clubs.A sizeable portion of those players signed up are underage players that have come to Hobart to play their football, rather than Hobart actually going out to actively target them.
First time in many, many years we're being seen as a club that people want to come to as it's looking to build longterm with younger players, plus they're assembling a Colts team again as well.
The vibe around the club has been very good since Gilmour took over, his signing as coach was one of the most important signings in the club's history given the terrible state of the club at the end of 2019.
I still firmly believe if he hadn't signed on as coach we would've been extinct by 2022 at the latest.
As for the TSL collapsing, I think it's probably inevitable that it will, it's not sustainable in its current position which is unfortunate because it started out fine, just shambolic mismanagement has crashed it.
With the amount of younger players that are abandoning it in favour of regional football, it would appear that there's a huge lack of confidence in the competition going forward, I think you're right, it'll end up going back to Premier and Regional once again.
Dylan Ford gone back to Brighton from North HobartAnymore player movement's thus far in the SFL, I heard Issac Manson went to Claremont
