My question is, can you spot a liar? Are you gullible or have you got a sixth sense for it? I'm getting better at it but by no means can I tell if someone is telling a porkie each and every time. If you have the knack for it, what gives it away when you can spot it?
On the flipside, are you a good liar? If you are, how do you do it? I am RUBBISH at lying (I have a heavy conscience), and so I try never do it, haha.
If you look to the left , you're lying
At least that's what Sam Jackson said in " THE NEGOTIATOR "
Maybe it was rightNot sure that's correct.
I tend to look to the left when I'm recalling things and I think I've heard that before as being the case for most people.

Myth Busted: Looking Left or Right Doesn’t Indicate If You’re Lying http://www.smithsonianmag.com/scien...right-doesnt-indicate-if-youre-lying-1922058/
I'm a bloody good liar. Have read a lot about certain tells for people lying and have used that to my advantage. Started when my mum busted me for lying when i was like 6 or 7 and said "I know you're lying because you can't look me in the face." So from then on i made sure i looked her in the eyes when i lied. Same with all the other stuff, don't scratch your nose or anything. Definitely don't overdo the details, that's a dead giveaway too.
Tells generally aren't 'standard' and specific to an individual so that you usually have to know someone for a while to learn them. Absolute best of course is witnessing them doing it to someone else first hand when you know the truth..Yeah but then don't people get suss that you are suddenly locked in focusing on their eyes with a degree of intensity?
It wouldn't be hard to catch you out lying. It's called interrogation through rapid fire questions. The key to lying is confidence. As George Costanza said, "it's not a lie unless you believe it"
I try not to lie but like most people I assume I still do on a regular basis for whatever reason
