Just checked what live doubles I have, had taken Helmet for the Guineas along with At First Sight for the Melb. Cup @ 73.50.

Apparently At First Sight will be ok for the CC next week, but it's a terrible prep, no run in 4 weeks? If no good in the CC, then I don't know what he'll need to do to earn a run in the cup. I've got a few bets on him, so really hope he earns the start :p
 
At first look today it seemed Smart Missile didnt stay a fast run mile and could be a sprinter. Will be interesting if they pushed on to the Cox Plate though
 
Clearly didnt get the mile,would surely head to the Coolmore v Sepoy

At First Sight will go to MV Cup if he's not right for Caulfield then 5th run into Melbourne Cup.
LLoyd's have been given a long slow prep so assuming it was a minor issue,he should be ok although its not ideal

D Draw will be even money next week if AFS doesnt run

Not too sure as yet, it just looks like a result race to me. Glass Harmonium has been going like a goat, and DD only just beat it home last week. Was very unimpressed with it actually.

Won't take much to beat it.
 
Lloyd has also supposedly pulled Midas Touch.

With DD, I think for most the distance was the main query coming in, but who's left to beat him? Lucas Cranarch? Lights of Heaven?

One of the imports wouldn't need to have too much ability to win this.

I got 41/10 at centrebet yesterday morning just in time, at this rate I'll be laying off for a decent free size bet come saturday.

Twisty you are better off waiting. Your bank is like $15 a week you really don't need to find value 5 days out from a race and risk losing the money because they decide not to run. You should never be betting at this time of the week it's too risky. Wouldn't you be more annoyed that your horse didn't run than only getting $26 instead of $41?
