3-6-12-15, Had 2nd, 3rd, 4th behind Ocean Embers.
1-5-11-13, Pedrena, you beauty

Ocean Embers is a mare that I used to follow, due to knowing a someone involved in the horse, and did reasonably well on (Cockram, that mares race in Tassie) but put in the sea after 4 terrible runs. Was essentially slated to go and be a mum after yesterdays run if she went no good.

It was literally the first horse in the race I put a line through.

I'm still not over it.

I can wear getting off a horse and it winning without me on it. But I won't wear it kicking me out of the quaddie on Melbourne Cup day.

I only backed Embers on Cup Day because Tim said "I know she can't win" on twitter 15 minutes before the race hahaha

Yesterday was just a bad day. A good friend of mine is an ex jockey and usually has some good info. Told me to have a crack in the first at packy unfortunately he reckons there was some mistake and the trail we saw was a completely different horse, it ran like a sack of shit.

Was the tipped into a horse at the bool, $51 fixed, as I was annoyed I didn’t get on. Gets up everyone cleans up except for me.

Oaks fav gets rolled when I had it at such a good price $6
I tell everyone to have something ew on Jorda, yet i didn’t for some unknown reason, **** me right.
