Richmond have 2 players as train on players

Tom Burton, Marcus Krasnadamskis

"The Tigers confirmed on Monday night that speedy small Tom Burton and athletic ruck Marcus Krasnadamskis will train with the club. Burton, a versatile utility, dominated for the Western Jets, averaging 29 disposals and 150 SuperCoach points and recorded a 2.915-second 20m sprint at the national combine. Don’t be surprised to see Richmond VFL midfielder Harry Scott training with the AFL group this pre-season. The 188cm ball-winner was named as a finalist in the Fothergill-Round-Mitchell Medal after a breakout season."

What is a more pressing need for Richmond?

I think a Ruckman would be more of a need but whilst Krasnadamskis looks great and his 20mtr time is sensational for a 202cm Ruckman he is extremely raw and would need 3-5 years of development.

Would be great as a Cat B rookie but Burton is also a great option
if i had to make a guess i would say 70/30 Burton's way

This is the place to pick a speculative ruck. Zero draft capital required.

Rucks picked in the first round need to be absolute difference makers considering the time they take to come on, and their likelihood of success.

6 weeks at the club will give them plenty of time to work through if there’s enough to persist with.

I gather Krasnadamskis would be your Nankervis replacement, given that he is a Tassie kid, I wonder if that'll factor into that decision.

If you wanted instant impact, then Burton.

I doubt the state he comes from would make a difference
Im pretty sure we will be looking for a ready made replacement through trade in the next 1-2 years if Ryan doesnt improve on what he is currently which is looking like a delisted player with 2 years left on a contract

We really don't have any accurate goal kicking, high pressure small forwards before this year. Biggest hole in our list.

Glad they are trying to fill it.

Why wouldn't they delist some of the other ones that aren't up to standard then? It doesnt seem to make sense to have that many spots dedicated to the one list position unless a couple of them are top liners.
