None of which polled in the top15

Very different looking leaderboard to the last couple of years, that's one less thing the media can bag about us now.

Some differences to last couple of years but hardly a radical departure.

That photo just epitomises why our colours are the best in the league. Love the ribbon on those medals. Next lanyard - or whatever it is called - should be that.

Personally I began this season hoping like hell that the likes of Webster, Savage, Roberton, McKenzie, White and Rice would displace Geary from our starting 22 because his disposal and sometimes decision making was absolutely horrendous. But to Geary's credit he has improved every facet of his game this year to the point where he's a fairly reliable user of the footy while being absolutely elite at shutting down dangerous small forwards. I still have my reservations about the prospect of him becoming captain, but he has certainly cemented his place in our starting 18 and I have hopes that he can keep getting better. When he first came to us as a rookie he was a creative, damaging half forward/wingman who had his offensive flair stomped out of him by Ross Lyon. I'm starting to see signs that he is regaining some confidence in his offensive play and if he could keep improving in that regard he would be an All-Australian quality small defender. We've seen Dempster go from being a dour, athletic medium defender to an inspirational intercept-expert, here's hoping we can see Geary transform from a lock-down specialist to a weapon in defence.

Great to see one of the most exciting players in the AFL get his third B&F.

Unlucky (AGAIN!) to miss out on AA. Will be AA once we finish top 6 which is a joke. AA is awarded for a individual's performance and shouldn't be dictated by a team's performance.

I think he will get in the AA the same year he wins his 5th B&F. If very lucky, maybe when he gets his 4th.

Last year we only had two of the "new generation" players in the top 10 - Josh Bruce and Jimmy Webster.
This year we have 5 - Ross, Newnes, Hickey, Weller and Membrey.
Next year hopefully around 8.
We are heading in the right direction.

I know he is good, you know he is good, everyone knows he is good

All that matters is that he puts in and helps us on the path to a flag or three

I just like to brag a bit, I got laughed at on here when I said Geary would improve and do an Easton Wood type turn around of his career. Thank * he made me not look like an idiot, most of my other predictions have been rubbish.
