Pick 39: Mitch Honeychurch.
To compliment Lewis Taylor, another shorty was required :p . Luckily, this gun is also best available. He racks is up, he kicks goals, he attacks the footy.

On phone again so can't tag sorry.

Pick #41 - Geelong
Matthew Sully – Geelong VFL/ 196cm / 94kg / 1992
Young fella who has been on the radar I suspect of a few clubs last couple of years but this year has really stood out. 21yo with Geelong in the VFL who I suspect is the most draftable key tall. Has a great size about him and he is very agile for his size. Reads the ball in flight really well which I think key defenders need. His body position is good and his choice of marking and spoiling good. Agility and speed are sound. Kicking action is a little different to the norm but its efficient and gets the job done. Lots of upside to him and could walk into a side.
With thanks to Snoop for the write-up.

You all knew this would happen. ;)

My gut feel is that - although he could slip to them in the Rookie draft - Geelong will take Sully a little earlier than maybe he should go to make sure they get him, and my understanding is that this will be their last active ND pick with George Burbury and Josh Walker being upgraded with their last two picks.

My reasons for this choice are simple; big defenders that are obviously up to the level or thereabouts don't grow on trees and he was named in the VFL Team of the Year this season, he's also a known commodity in Catland, having played in their VFL side for the last two years. Additionally Lonergan is 29 and Taylor is 27; at 22 Sully will be ready whenever needed to slot into the key defensive posts and at 196cm is better suited to playing on the monsters than the 192cm Jared Rivers or the very skinny Joel Hamling.

OK, thanks, well I'm just going to go with the one I'd pick if I was picking for WB and had more selections after this one and go Dwayne Wilson. Write-up to come, he gives them some more real speed and skill on the outside, to compliment all their "inside mids".

You can also have a bit of a look at him here: http://www.afl.com.au/2013-draft/draft-machine

Defacto is up.
